Our standard processing time typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks and is subject to change without prior notice. While processing times are clearly outlined at the top of our website, please note that each item is individually handmade. Due to the many variables involved in the creation process, these timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and on occasion, orders may take longer than expected. Larger orders(4 or more items)will facilitate a longer turnaround time.

Each item is meticulously crafted in-house to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we handcraft your perfect piece of dog gear.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing time refers to the period required to create your item, while shipping time refers to the duration of delivery once the order has been dispatched.

This listing is for the new personalized two tone collars(front colored webbing+back colored webbing(lining). This collar is made with nylon webbing and stitched 4X so it will not stretch or break. Customize the collar to the highest level, whether you want the name patch to be sewn in, or removeable(velcro). You can create almost any color combo you'd like! The stitch on the collar will match the color of the back lining for contrast, unless agreed otherwise. We have numerous font options available so if you'd like a specific style, please reach out, otherwise it will default to bold/all capital letters.

Once the collar has been received its use is in full responsibility of the owner. Our collars are hand crafted and built for everyday use, but it is the responsibility of the customer to know their pup and determine the suitability of the collar per their pet. We are not held responsible for any damage done to the collar once the collar is in the buyers care.
