While our processing times are clearly noted at the top of our website, please keep in mind that each item is handmade. Because of the many variables involved in creating handmade products, processing times are estimates rather than guarantees, and on occasion, orders may take longer than expected.

Please be aware that processing time and ship time are two separate factors. Processing time refers to the duration required to create your gear, while ship time refers to the duration it takes for the item to be shipped from point A to point B.
