Thank you for choosing our shop. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work, and we aim to provide every customer with an exceptional experience. Please review the following policies carefully, as they outline important information regarding your purchase and our service standards. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Custom-Made Products
All items offered in our shop are individually handcrafted and custom made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
This policy is firmly in place to maintain fairness, consistency, and the integrity of our custom production process.
2. Order Adjustments
We understand that details may occasionally need to be changed after an order is placed. If you require an adjustment, you must notify us within 48 hours of placing your order.
After this 48-hour period has passed, production may have already begun, and we are unable to modify, edit, or otherwise alter your order for any reason.
3. Reporting Issues or Errors
We strive for absolute accuracy and quality in every order. Should you encounter an issue, error, or concern upon receiving your package, it is your responsibility to contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To ensure we can assist efficiently, please provide detailed information and clear photographs of the issue.
Reports made after the 5-day window cannot be addressed or remedied.
4. Right to Refuse Service
We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment for both our customers and our team. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service or deny the sale of our products to any customer at our discretion.
Any form of disrespect, harassment, hostility, or unreasonable behavior toward our shop or team members will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of communication or denial of future service.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions, customization details, size guides, processing times, and shop policies prior to placing an order.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have done so and that all submitted information is accurate and final, unless changed within the stated 48-hour adjustment window.
6. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all policies outlined above.
