Our standard processing time typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks and is subject to change without prior notice. While processing times are clearly outlined at the top of our website, please note that each item is individually handmade. Due to the many variables involved in the creation process, these timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and on occasion, orders may take longer than expected. Larger orders(4 or more items)will facilitate a longer turnaround time.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing time refers to the period required to create your item, while shipping time refers to the duration of delivery once the order has been dispatched.
Our Prong Keeper is designed to provide extra security and peace of mind during training or everyday use. Made with durable snaps on both ends, it easily attaches to your prong collar and your dog’s regular collar.
In the event that your prong collar comes undone, the Prong Keeper acts as a safety backup, preventing the collar from slipping off and ensuring you don’t lose control—or your prong. Built for reliability and ease of use, it’s a simple yet essential addition to any training setup.
Our Prong Keepers are available in three sizes to ensure the perfect fit for your setup. Sizes are measured by the Biothane length only (not including hardware). Choose from 3", 4", or 5" options to best suit your dog’s collar and prong configuration.
