Our standard processing time typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks and is subject to change without prior notice. While processing times are clearly outlined at the top of our website, please note that each item is individually handmade. Due to the many variables involved in the creation process, these timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and on occasion, orders may take longer than expected. Larger orders(4 or more items)will facilitate a longer turnaround time.
Each item is meticulously crafted in-house to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we handcraft your perfect piece of dog gear.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing time refers to the period required to create your item, while shipping time refers to the duration of delivery once the order has been dispatched.
This listing is for the new personalized tactical style collars. Each collar is made with two layers of military spec nylon webbing, matte black hardware(stainless steel if the silver alu max buckle is selected) and finished with a military grade plastic buckle(if you want to upgrade to a heavier buckle, we have a buckle upgrade listing that can be purchased in addition with the collar). Personalization is embroidery with the color of your choice!
Please leave personalization + font color in our text box! If a color is not left, the item will be curated with a color of our choice. Please note ONLY 1.5" collars can be made with Name + Phone #. 1" can ONLY be made with name, if a phone # is left for a 1" it will be made with only the name.
Disclaimer: No collar is indestructible. All of our products have been tested on all our own animals and we would never send out a product that we would not use on our own animals. Once the collar has been received its use is in full responsibility of the owner. Our collars are hand crafted and built for everyday use, but it is the responsibility of the customer to know their pup and determine the suitability of the collar per their pet. We are not held responsible for any damage done to the collar once the collar is in the buyers care.
Please note; because all items are made to the order to the customization of the buyers requests, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
