Our standard processing time typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks and is subject to change without prior notice. While processing times are clearly outlined at the top of our website, please note that each item is individually handmade. Due to the many variables involved in the creation process, these timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and on occasion, orders may take longer than expected. Larger orders(4 or more items)will facilitate a longer turnaround time.
Each item is meticulously crafted in-house to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we handcraft your perfect piece of dog gear.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing time refers to the period required to create your item, while shipping time refers to the duration of delivery once the order has been dispatched.

We use standard beta biothane on all our biothane products. Biothane is an "all weather leather" that does not absorb water, odors and is pliable and comfortable for both handler and canine.
All puppy collars are 1/2” WIDE and riveted.
Please note all items have been thoroughly tested in a multitude of scenarios and we pride ourselves on the quality of items we offer, with that in mind all items are back by a lifetime warranty. That warranty includes ANY product quality issue, it does NOT cover any misuse by handler(dog chewing, etc). Please be sure to check your gear for wear and tear and replace when necessary.
