Collar Styles
Bryn and Co. offers 4 different styles; side squeeze buckles, martingales, limited slips and full slips!
Martingales: a non buckle design that slides over your dog's head. They tighten when pressure is applied to the d ring, preventing your dog from slipping out.
Full Slips: are crafted similarly to a chain choker with adjustable capabilities while maintaining the same functionality. The application of pressure to the D ring results in tightening.
Limited slips: function similarly to full slips, but with a key difference: they are sewn to tighten only to a certain extent, yet still respond to pressure on the d ring.
Cobra Buckle: Designed for tactical use, the Cobra buckle offers the ease of a side release buckle without compromising strength. Approved by the Military under Berry compliance, these high-quality buckles prioritize safety and are tested to stay secure under load.
The Alumax Buckle Introducing a sturdy aluminum buckle featuring a revolutionary design. Crafted with strength in mind, it's the perfect choice for medium pullers..
The YKK plastic buckle A durable, heavy-duty plastic buckle that is stronger than the YKK Sharpn' Loc. Not suitable for pullers.
The YKK Sharpn' Loc is an extremely durable plastic buckle, the design of this buckle keeps debris from clogging or jamming the buckle. Perfect for those active dogs whom get their gear dirty! This is NOT a buckle for pullers.
Martingales, are a non buckle style that slide over your pups head. Martingales were designed to tighten when pressure is applied to the d ring, so your pup cannot slip its head out of the collar. Martingales do not come with a buckle. We offer both chain martingales(a chain for the control loop) and fabric martingales(fabric control loop).
Full Slips are designed similar to that of a chain choker, except they are adjustable, but that functionality is the same. When pressure is applied to the D ring, they tighten.
Limited slips are similar in function to full slips, the difference between the two is a limited slip is sewn so that it can only tighten a certain amount, but it will still tighten when pressure is applied to the d ring.
